Beta Software Disclaimer

Reflect is currently in Public Beta. This means the software is still in development and may contain bugs, errors, or significant issues that could cause system failures or data loss.

"The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties of any kind. We explicitly disclaim any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement."

Your Responsibilities

  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the device where your data is stored. Reflect uses local storage, so physical access to your device equates to access to your journal.
  • Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate content that is harmful, threatening, or abusive.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.

Content & Ownership

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all journal entries, reflections, and data you input into Reflect. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service.

Our Rights: The design, code, and "Reflect" branding are owned by us. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion of the HTML/CSS, Javascript, or visual design elements without express written permission.

Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Service for any reason, without notice at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the Service after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
